Fall 2010 REGISTRATION DATES

Below are two registration forms:

        TRAVEL (U10-U18) - Birthdays:  09/01/92 thru 08/31/02

                           Fall 2010 Registration Form

        PEE-WEE (U6 & U8) -  Birthdays:  09/01/02 thru 08/31/06

                           Fall 2010 Registration Form

Just print out the form and bring it with you to one of the registration nights, or mail it to the P.O. BOX listed on the form. But remember, there will be a late fee charged if registrations are handed in after July 15th, 2010. 

Note: All travel team players must have the new LSC uniform.  The uniform can be purchased for $15 dollars on registration night or send the check in along with your registration payment using mail. You will be notified by your coach or LSC board member when the uniform is available.

Remember to Donate!  Bring all unwanted, outgrown soccer equipment to registration night and add to the LSC donation box. Equipment swaps are a great way to help families save money on athletic equipment.
