Just print it out and bring it with you to one of the dates/times above, or mail it to the PO BOX listed on the form!  

All travel team players must purchase maroon shorts from the club. 

They will be SOLD on registration night at the town hall, or you can order them by getting a copy of the Shorts Order form and contacting the equipment manager.
