Discussion topic: Fields

·         U12 nets appear to be ok (regarding wheels), something to monitor.

Note: All U12 coaches need to ensure the last team played moves the nets off the field

·         Game / Practice times

o        U14 games are at the Rochdale field

o        U12 games are Community field

o        Practice times at Rochdale may conflict with high school games, a schedule of high school games will be posted on the LSC web site

o        U12 game days will conflict with high school football games at Community field, so many “home games” are actually away games at other available fields.

-         Possible solution:  Try to reschedule some games instead of being on Saturday, if possible.

·         Port-a-potty / Community Bathroom

o        About $69 / month to rent Port-a-potty. Community field has bathrooms now available. Alternative to a port-a-potty is to open those bathrooms and hire a cleaning company to clean once a week (savings?).

o        Status of Port-a-Potty  at Memorial / Communtiy / Rochdale fields?

-         Email from Andrew stated the high school will/has provided units for Community and Rochdale fields, so he has ordered one for Memorial school.
