· Shirts for U6/U8 completed, all teams are sponsored
· Banners- sponsored by Bonnie Hunt are being placed at Community/Rochdale
· Web Site – Review details to place banners on LSC web site and determine if businesses require graphics designed or come with their own
Discussion topic: Fund Raiser – Calendar Raffle
· If 10 or more calendars are sold, $25 credit toward next season’s registration will be applied
· Calendar payouts: $ 50/day Mon-Fri, $100/day for Sat-Sun, $500 payoff during Jamboree!
· 5 calendars to each player
· Drawing for prizes for top-sellers will be at the Jamboree, using sellers names on bottom of calendar, so ensure they are filled out!
· The weekly drawing winners will be posted on the LSC web site
· Big prize items for top sellers; 4 ticket pack for Revolution Game, 1 season free soccer registration, or a Revolution soccer jersey
· Other prizes; game ball, sweat shirt, magnets

· Some spots available on U6/U8,U10,U12 - no notice going out on web site, registrations are still coming in.

· U12 nets appear to be ok (regarding wheels), something to monitor.
Note: All U12 coaches need to ensure the last team played moves the nets off the field

Practice times at
o U12 game days will conflict with high school football games at Community field, so many “home games” are actually away games at other available fields.
- Possible solution: Try to reschedule some games instead of being on Saturday, if possible.
· Port-a-potty / Community Bathroom
o About $69 / month to rent Port-a-potty. Community field has bathrooms now available. Alternative to a port-a-potty is to open those bathrooms and hire a cleaning company to clean once a week (savings?).

- Email from Andrew stated the high school will/has provided units for Community and Rochdale fields, so he has ordered one for Memorial school.

o U6/U8 pictures are on Saturday, September 27th. Picture taking is also open to all teams wishing to have pictures taken, starting around 12:00ish (after U6/U8)
